Description

The Proteins Structure Initiative was a research effort that aimed to determine thousands of 3D protein structures in order to form a better understanding of their function and classification. In this project, the goal was to determine the identification and function of the unknown protein 1p1m. The tools used include the BLAST, InterPro, Foldseek, and CLEAN applications. The results from these applications indicated that the unknown protein was S-adenosylhomocysteine deaminase.

Comments
