Description

In this study we investigate the chemical processes involved in preserving beer by identifying which anions most effectively bind with pro-oxidative metal ions. We specifically focus on using either folic acid or gallic acid to determine a more effective chemical method for maintaining freshness and preventing flavor degredation of beer over time.
