Description
In this experiment, bioactive compounds inside Fiji apples were extracted to determine where vital nutrients reside in the apple. Through various techniques of extraction and distillation, Fiji apple samples of two kind; one with rind (peel) removed and the other with the rind intact, were used to determine the question at hand.
