A comprehensive research presentation covering three main topics regarding Celiac Disease: nutritional deficiencies and treatments, quality of life, and public awareness. I will be researching data, patient surveys, and literature reviews that cover common deficiencies associated with Celiac Disease, quality of life after diagnosis, adherence/non-adherence to a gluten-free diet, and lastly, analyzing current efforts for public awareness on this subject.
