Description
We investigate the specific mechanisms by which transition metals influence the oxidative stability of beer. We focus specifically on assessing the removal of manganese through the application of salicylic acid. Our goal is to identify how targeted metal removal can be used to improve overall shelf life and quality of the beverage.
