Description

Dipeptides present the possibility of antimicrobial activity, making them particularly interesting to generate at scale. However, lab generated amino acid sequences present specific formation issues. In this experiment we attempt to generate an effective antimicrobial dipeptide by protecting vulnerable functional groups prior to peptide bond formation.
