Description

This study examines how reducing transition metals (copper, iron, manganese) affects beer oxidation. Using laboratory techniques, we measure oxidation levels and metal content in beer samples. Additionally, citric acid is introduced to assess its effectiveness in removing iron and mitigating oxidation.
