Description
This study aims to discover and characterize new antimicrobial agents effective against clinically relevant pathogens. The tests that were used in this experiment were serial dilution, creating a master plate, antimicrobial screenings against safe pathogens, as well as a streak plate of candidates that’s showed inhibition. Also, we have conducted metabolic testing, PCR testing, and gel electrophoresis.
