Description
Differential equations are a very useful mathematical system when it comes to populations. We can use these types of equations to analyze how a certain population of one or more than one species coexist. In this project we will see how differential equations can be used specifically to analyze when cats and mice are living together. We can predict how this population will survive by putting what we know about the life expectancy of cats and mice, birth rates of these species and possible causes of death besides natural causes into a system of differential equations.
