Description
There are several issues facing the current and coming generations. The human population is growing exponentially and unfortunately there is only a finite amount of sustainable resources. The temperature of the Earth is rising, primarily because of the increasing carbon emissions, and it is causing many problems for ecosystems throughout the world. This study will categorize the mathematical relationship between these three parameters. Generalized functions for the increasing rates of atmospheric CO2 levels, the increasing temperature of the earth and the increasing growth rate of the human population will be obtained and analyzed in order to discover the mathematical relationship between the equations. Initially, I assume that each function changes with time and is independent of the other two functions. However, the objective of this experiment is to prove the existence of a relationship between all three equations.
