Description
Most of the antibiotic that we currently use these days, were found through microbes itself. Antibiotics are often discovered on the ground we are stepping in. widespread of microbes could possibly produce antibiotics. Also by doing soil screening and serial dilution method finding antibiotics in soil would be possible. In lab, we conducted bacterial isolation, we collected soil sample from JCCC campus ground. By serial dilution method we manage to separate the microorganism. Each isolated bacterium may have potential antibiotics and will be transferred master plate. By showing zoning it is considered as potential antibiotics.
