Description
Are your students having difficulty with research topics? How about proper source citations in their research papers? Wouldn’t it be nice to have your own, personal librarian to help with these issues? Emporia State University’s William Allen White Library staff has partnered with Information Technology/Learning Technologies to create the Embedded Librarian program. A specific role was developed for the LMS to allow the embedded librarian to create content, create and manage discussion topics and to communicate directly with the students in the course. The embedded librarian is a click away to answer research questions, provide copyright/source citation advice, or to point to databases and other information sources.
