Description
This study aims to determine the unknown function of a protein based on its structure. By analyzing the protein’s structure through various Protein Data Bank (PDB) resources, we will infer its function using relevant data. Through this process, we will gain insight into how different protein structures can be compared and analyzed to reveal their specific, individual functions.
