This study explores the most effective method to maintain beer’s optimal properties. Given that no perfect solution exists, our objective is to identify the best approach with minimal drawbacks. We will systematically address individual challenges, testing each step thoroughly, with a focus on adding the chelator salicylic acid to bind manganese.
