Description
Many water systems in America were constructed using lead pipes. Although legislation has evolved to limit the amount used, numerous cities across the nation still contend with the presence of lead. One of the most notorious examples being the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. Recently, water from three locations within Johnson County underwent lab testing at Johnson County Community College to assess their quality. The results revealed the current state of Johnson County’s water quality and emphasized the need for continued vigilance and investment in modernizing water systems.
