The function of numerous proteins are a mystery. Utilizing bioinformatics tools such as Blast, Interpro, Dali, Clean, and FoldSeek, this project will analyze a protein of unknown function. Through testing and analysis, the goal is to determine if the protein is structural or catalytic and what impacts those functions have on biological processes.
