Description
Antibiotic resistance has become a growing issue with in the healthcare industry. Using bacteria found in a soil sample, I was able to identify a candidate, “Carl” which displayed possible antibiotic property’s when tested against ESKAPE pathogens. Further test and research will be used to determine if “ Carl” has the necessary properties to aid in antibiotic resistance research.
