Description

The purpose of our paper is to demonstrate the pathology and etiology of chronic Asthma, and how it can be managed through functional foods. Those foods that impact the management of chronic Asthma the greatest are watermelon, tomatoes, and ginger, as well as Vitamins A and E. We also explore the effect of electrolyte imbalances in patients with Asthma, which continues to be a topic of many current researchers. Around 26 million people worldwide have been diagnosed with Asthma, and these simple diet changes could improve the quality of life greatly for those affected.
