Description

The development of multi drug-resistant bacteria is growing at an alarming rate. In order to combat these developments, researchers are constantly searching for new sources of possible antibiotics; namely, soil. The purpose of this experiment was to find a microorganism capable of producing a zone of inhibition from the soil around us. However, after testing several different bacterial species, the results were inconclusive.
