Description
Having difficulty figuring out the best way to reach users with technical tips? K-State IT staff have tried many approaches to reach campus users including face-to-face presentations, workshops, one-on-one sessions, road shows to entire colleges, online training and more. The latest iteration for technical training is the Tech Tips Live! series offered via Zoom web conferencing every Wednesday at 3 pm for 15 to 30 minutes. Users can connect and participate live or listen to the recorded sessions. Fifteen topics were presented during the spring semester and ranged from Yammer Time to Sharing, Organizing and Syncing Files in One Drive. Learn how the sessions were organized, communicated and delivered, the required preparation with the presenters, the next planned series for Tech Tips Live! and pros and cons of using Zoom to deliver content.
