Adriana Fillol Mazo and Miguel Ángel Martín López’s Food Security Issues and Challenges (2021) is a collection of works by various authors around food safety, food security, and food sovereignty. There are various food security challenges for the world as it comes out of a pandemic. There are various works about land use, land rental, biotechnologies, ocean acidification, and other issues related to agriculture and food production and food availability.
