Have you ever found a cool way to use technology or web tools in your class, but hit a wall of resistance from your peers, designers, or administrators? In this session, we will look at an example of dealing with tech resisters, and discuss what worked and what did not. Additionally, we will examine how global leadership and management experts create buy-in and discuss how to adapt these techniques on a local level. Join us, if you are afraid to integrate new technology into your classroom. The session will conclude with an open forum where the tech timid can ask questions, and the tech savvy can voice ideas. We will also brainstorm ideas for creating buy-in for unique situations brought up by participants.
