Abstract
in January 2018, Google launched its first Google career certificate program - the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. By completing and exploring these corporate run educational programs, Professor Guzzy was able to investigate competitors in the educational space and collect information and experiences relevant to the college, its mission, and develop skills of interest and value to the college library.
