Book Review: Equitable and Inclusive Teaching for Diverse Learners with Disabilities
Abstract
In a review of a new book by Herrera et al about biography-driven instruction (BDI), C2C Digital Magazine co-editor Robb Scott highlights a key chapter by Natasha Reyes and Leonard Steen in which they suggest school psychologists ought to shift their focus to each student's "assets" by valuing cultural and linguistic diversity as well as family and community perspectives within a BDI approach.
