Abstract

This article provides an introduction to a valuable new resource, online community, and project innovated by Melanie McKay-Cody and her Turtle Island Hand Talk (TIHT) team working collaboratively to provide service and advocacy for Indigenous Deaf and Deafblind people, founded upon Dr. McKay-Cody's "Circle of Interconnection" concept.
