Abstract

This book review of Alex Noel Joseph Raj, Vijayalakshmi G.V. Mahesh, and Ruban Nersisson’s edited collection “Deep Learning-Based Image Analysis Under Constrained and Unconstrained Environment” (2021) captures something of the state of the art of the field as applied to computer-aided diagnostics, emotion analysis, OCR for different languages, and other applications of AI and machine learning.
