Description
Constructing a website that contains a “library of videos” aids in the technology transition by giving the faculty/staff access to the site at any time and the ability to work at their own pace. Successful technology integration happens when practice time and additional support are provided to the faculty/staff. Studies researched involved technology implementation and Malcolm Knowles’s Theory of Andragogy.
