Description
The presenters will share how they use Padlet in their Literature, Composition, and Developmental writing courses. Padlet is a free, easy to use “global platform for creativity and self-expression.” Because of the notebook quality of Padlet, we have found students are more likely to engage in authentic discussion in comparison to an LMS style discussion board. Students can use Padlet for their own projects, for example to create poetry maps or commonplace book style scrapbooks. Participants will learn the types of assignments they can use Padlet for, create their own Padlet account and participate in a Padlet discussion. x
